My son, Evan, often speaks to me about how much the people at League have taught and done for him. But seeing him calmly and confidently confer that message to a large crowd at League’s golf outing was beyond amazing.  When I spoke with him later that evening, Evan read his speech. He was clearly feeling good about himself and I could tell how proud he was about what he had done.

The teachers and staff at League do a wonderful job everyday with Evan and all their students on working towards being happy and independent adults.  But if I had to choose one thing that makes them stand out and that has had the biggest impact on Evan, it has been giving him opportunities to feel good about himself.

Over the past 7 years, in his time at League, I’ve seen so many of their staff actively look for and give Evan opportunities to gain confidence in himself. Each of those acts of kindness have meant SO MUCH to him… and to me. I know how precious those moments are and the impact they will have on him as he moves into adulthood. For that, I can’t thank League School enough! Marcie C., League School Parent

What differentiates League School from others is our ability to identify our students’ needs and to develop the appropriate strategies to help them overcome their challenges.  In addition to a tremendous amount of compassion, it requires having the necessary resources available.

Please consider making a gift to ensure our teachers and staff have the resources to continue their amazing work. And our students, like Evan, have the opportunities to learn and feel good about themselves.

Thank you for your commitment to League School in this tangible way. If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me directly by phone at (508)850-3900 ext.313 or by email at tmccabe@leagueschool.com.
