League School seeks more great team members – you can help

The League School is looking for more great team members, and you can help. Critical staffing needs include assistant teachers, weekend and evening direct support professionals, and clinicians. “Employee, board member, parent, and supporter referrals are an ideal recruiting source as you are familiar with the League School and its culture,” said Jenna Federer, Direct of Human Resources. “Employees who refer a potential employee receive a $500 referral bonus for a part-time and $1,000 for a full-time position.”

“Due to a recent staff workforce grant, this school year we were able to provide more significant salary increases for our existing staff and are offering sign-on incentives and enhanced starting salaries for new employees,” said Jenna. “This additional funding has greatly helped in our ongoing recruiting and retention initiatives.” The League School also offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance. Flexible spending accounts, a 403(b) retirement match, a wellness program, and tuition reimbursement of up to $2,500 per school year round out the package. Additional employee benefit enhancements will be rolled out in 2023.
