League School Awarded Community Impact Grant from Eversource

League School of Greater Boston is pleased to announce it has received a generous grant from Eversource.

The Community Impact Grant, in the amount of $1,500, will help support the Assistive Technology for Individuals with Autism program by allowing the school to purchase new iPads for the school’s classrooms. The iPads will help bring modern, interactive educational supports to students.

“We are grateful to Eversource for their support of our school through this Community Impact Grant,” said League School Chief Executive Officer Lawrence E. Sauer. “We are always striving to give our teachers the latest tools to provide students with the best education possible, and the new technology purchased with this grant will further that goal in a meaningful way.”

Eversource awards community grants for organizations that support one or more of the company’s focus areas of giving, which includes local education. For more information on the company’s charitable giving efforts, click here.
