Night of Champions Dinner Scheduled for Oct. 5
A Night Honoring the Champions of League School
The League School of Greater Boston will be hosting its annual Night of Champions fundraiser dinner on Thursday, Oct. 5 at the Four Points Sheraton in Norwood.
This year is special as the school will pay tribute to the Vetstein family, including Dr. Arnold and Leona Vetstein, who co-founded League School in 1966 in part so their autistic son Richard would have a proper place to attend school. They were true champions for the autism community and worked tirelessly to make League School into what it has become today.
As the school’s largest fundraiser, this evening is critical in ensuring students have the resources needed to achieve their goals and to become their own champions! This year, proceeds will go towards the school’s future Career Education Center.
A cocktail reception and auction will open the event from 6-7 p.m., followed by a dinner and program from 7-9 p.m.

Award Recipients
Those being honored at the event will include:
The Community Partnership Award – Dell Technologies
Through the True Ability Employee Resource Group and Neurodiversity Hiring Program, Dell Technologies has been a pioneer in advocating for more proactive neurodiverse hiring practices. Dell serves as a model for other organizations to enact similar hiring practices, and has also assisted League School in its ongoing effort to increase neurodiverse hiring.
The Vetstein Award – Kristine Biagiotti-Bridges
Kristine is a parent of an autistic son. She helped create the Dell Technologies True Ability Employee Resource Group and Neurodiversity Hiring Program, and has assisted League School with a recently-launched Neurodiversity Employment Incubator Partnership.
The Director’s Award – John and Kyle Titus
John and Kyle are local twins on the spectrum who have a passion for music and helping people. Together, with their mom, they started a DJ business and volunteered for local events – and it wasn’t long until people wanted to pay them for their services. League School students have enjoyed John and Kyle’s DJ skills at some recent school events. Their mother, Jackie, who is a single parent, has advocated for them with support and guidance to help them succeed within the community.
