Falmouth Road Race Team Profile: Matthew Reid

Matt is the League School’s Marketing Manager, responsible for updating the school’s website and social media and helping to promote the school in a variety of ways. This is his first time running the Falmouth Road Race, but he has taken part in the Cape Cod Marathon in Falmouth for many years.

Matt is running the race in order to support the school and its mission of helping students with autism reach their fullest potential. Having never worked in special education before coming to the League School in December 2022, he has loved getting to know the students and seeing how powerful the school’s services can be in their lives. 

A resident of Walpole, Matt enjoys jogging around the streets of the town, riding Peloton, or swimming in the local community pool. Prior to coming to League School he had a 20-plus career in journalism and public relations

Matt looks forward to joining his fellow League School team members on August 20!
