Falmouth Road Race Team Profile: Lindsay Wagner
Lindsay Wagner
Lindsay Wagner is the League School’s Director of Neurodiversity and Community Inclusion, and has been with League for 16 years. This will be Lindsay’s fifth year running the Falmouth Road Race for League.
Lindsay loves running and enjoys doing road races throughout the year. Falmouth is a race on her calendar that pushes her slightly outside of her comfort zone.
“This race is always a little tough because of the summer weather, but the scenery and the amazing crowd make up for it,” Lindsay said. “There are supporters along the whole entire course cheering you on.”
Lindsay especially enjoys running in new places.
“When traveling, I love lacing up my shoes and exploring new places on foot. This year has been really fun because I was able to represent League at a few conferences. I went for some great long runs in Atlantic City, D.C., and Seattle and really got to explore those cities.”
She loves the community nature of the Falmouth Road Race and looks forward to once again running as part of the League School team.
“Every year I’m overcome by emotion. There are a large number of runners wearing gear to support their respective non-profits and I feel so proud to represent League students and their families. It’s a very special place and I want everyone to know about the amazing things happening in our program and in the autism community.”
