Tara Faiella
Assistant Director of Education - Foundations
Tara Faiella is the Assistant Director of Education for the Foundations Program. She started working at League School in 2019 where she was a Head Teacher in the Transitions program for four years before moving to the administration side in July 2023. In the Transitions program, Tara loved helping students get ready for their transition from League School to adult services and/or gainful employment opportunities. Now, she is looking forward to working with the school’s youngest students in the Foundations program to foster an environment where students learn and progress through play, fun, and creativity.
Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst as well as a master’s degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Fitchburg State University. She is licensed to teach in the areas of general education, moderate disabilities, and severe disabilities. Tara holds a Sheltered English Immersion Endorsement, an Autism Endorsement, and a Special Education Administrator license.
