Michaela Fanelli
Assistant Director of Education - Pathfinders
Michaela Fanelli is the Assistant Director of Education for the Pathfinders program. Before moving into an administrative position, Michaela was first hired as the BCBA for the Pathfinders program in July 2020 before transitioning into a department head position in July 2021. Michaela helped organize League School’s first ever Prom in May of 2023 in collaboration with the Pathfinders and Transitions students.
Michaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and is beginning her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership. Michaela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked in both private ABA settings and public schools throughout her career as a BCBA. Michaela has recently earned her Autism endorsement through DESE.
