Jenna Federer

Jenna Federer joined League School for Autism as the Director of Human Resources in July 2019, bringing over 20 years of HR expertise to the team. Before joining League School, Jenna served in various HR generalist roles across multiple industries—most notably during a 12-year tenure at a technology marketing firm. There, she navigated the organization’s growth from a startup to a publicly traded company, leading talent acquisition, employee engagement, and benefit programs.

Drawn to League School’s mission-driven environment, Jenna now oversees recruitment, onboarding, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the leadership team on strategic initiatives. Her favorite aspect of the school is its student-centered culture and witnessing the daily impact staff members have on their students. Jenna holds a graduate certificate in HR Management from Merrimack College, a BS from UMASS Amherst, and is currently pursuing her MS in Organizational Leadership.
