Deborah Pacheco
Director of Residential Education
Deborah (Deb) Pacheco is the Director of Residential Education. Before moving into this administrative position, Deborah was first hired as the Manager of Training and QA in February 2021. She has over a decade of experience in working in the residential setting in other nonprofit organizations.
Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and is currently enrolled at Johnson & Wales University’s doctorate program in Educational Leadership. She has additional training and certification in Organizational Behavior Management.
