Clare O’Callaghan R.N., C.S., Ed.D.
Clare O’Callaghan, R.N., C.S., Ed.D. is a neuropsychologist and psychiatric nurse in private practice in Brookline, recently retired from the South End CHC where she was the Clinical Director of the children’s mental health program and the Training Director for the mental health program. She continues to do some teaching and research, especially in the areas of autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Clare has been on the Board of the League School since the early 80’s (former treasurer and president). She continues as an active member of the Professional Affairs Committee of MNS (Massachusetts Neuropsychological Society, where she was also a former president) and of MPA (Massachusetts Psychological Association, Assessment Committee). She began interviewing for Georgetown University’s Alumni Admissions Program in the early 1970s and has been on the Board of the AAP since the late 1990s, currently an Emeritus member.
In her semi-retirement she continues to work, write, paint, play golf and tennis, and pursue some other volunteer activities.
