Carol A. Magyar CPA, MST
Carol is a tax adviser who helps families and business owners plan to maximize their wealth through careful tax planning. She works with individuals and owners of privately-held companies, and has advised numerous family business owners through multiple generations.
Supporting charitable and educational causes is important to Carol, and she takes pride in having served on the Board of Directors of League School since 2008. She also derives personal satisfaction from providing estate planning guidance that helps families create lasting legacies.
Carol is an active member of the Norfolk & Plymouth Estate Planning Council. She started her accounting career in 1979 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston. She received her master’s degree in Accounting from Bentley College (now Bentley University) in 1986. She joined G.T. Reilly & Company in 1984.
