Richard L. Pilla
Richard Pilla is the founder, manager and principal broker of Paramount Partners, specializing in the retail and banking sectors. Mr Pilla is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut. He is a member of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) Advisory Board, the Capital Markets Real Estate Network (CMRE), and ICSC (Innovative Commerce Serving Communities). He is also a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bankers Associations, as well as a member of the Boston Metropolitan Area Planning Council.
Mr. Pilla’s areas of expertise include tenant representation and site selection, property assemblage and dispositions, NNN bank branch investment sales, and bank development consulting. He has successfully completed numerous assignments throughout New England for banks and credit unions, regional and national retailers and restaurants, and educational institutions.
Community service includes having represented the Town of Walpole on the Norfolk County Advisory Board and having served as a Representative Town Meeting member. Mr. Pilla also chaired Walpole’s Old Town Hall Re-Use Committee.
Mr. Pilla received a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois/Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He resides with his wife Lisa in Walpole.
