Open Your World

League School for Autism opens a world of opportunities to students with Autism.

Our team of creative, collaborative, and committed special educators creates and implements an individualized curriculum for each student based on their strengths to prepare them for a fulfilling life in a neurodiverse world.

As one of the first schools devoted to Autism in New England, we invoke a pioneering mindset in everything we do, including how we guide our students based on their own vision of their future.

As the only school in Massachusetts to offer the innovative and evidence-based SCERTS® Model, which allows us to strategically customize a curriculum for each student, we are proud to measure success through the individual student’s achievements.

SENDING HEARTFELT SUPPORT
League School for Autism Vocational students created a poster for Walpole’s Mor Linn Farm after they suffered the tragic loss of 9 horses during a barn fire last week. Our vocational students work at other area barns and have developed strong connections with horses over time. They send their heartfelt support to everyone at Mor Linn Farm and hope that they can overcome this terrible loss.

GARDEN DELIGHTS
Led by League School for Autism Horticultural Coach, Selena Zubrowski, students have been hard at work creating some amazing garden spectacles at Norfolk County Agricultural High School, and at League School. We’re thankful for our partnership with the Norfolk Aggie and for allowing us to cultivate a patch of their land. Huge thanks to Selena for leading students in this labor of love.

RUNNING TO EMPOWER JUSTIN
This will be my 15th year running the ASICS Falmouth Road Race and Callie’s 4th (truly a blessing to be running with my daughter!). This year, my daughter and I have chosen to support the League School for Autism. Autism is a cause near and dear to our hearts. My nephew, Justin, was diagnosed at an early age. He has an infectious smile and a fierce determination that has been an inspiration to our family. We watch him overcome challenges with strength and determination every day of his life. Now as an adult, Justin continues to thrive and bring joy to everyone around him!

Schools that specialize in autism support provide structure, therapies and an environment where children and adults can thrive, rather than get by. These schools empower those diagnosed with autism to build life skills at their own pace and in their own way. Without them, many families would be left without the tools and resources their families so urgently need.

We run for Justin, and for every child that deserves a chance to reach their full potential. This race is a small way of giving back and making sure these schools can continue to provide a future where kids like him are seen, supported and celebrated for exactly who they are!

Please join us in this cause - no amount is too small!
Beth and Callie Junkin
