Cheryl A. White
Chief Operating Officer
Cheryl A. White joined the League School for Autism in August 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience and over 15 years in Special Education administration. In her role, she provides strategic direction and operational oversight for both day and residential programs, driving organizational growth and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Prior to joining the League School, Cheryl served as Executive Director and Director of Business Operations at major nonprofit organizations, where she led large-scale program expansions, streamlined operational systems, and advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives. She has additional training and certification in Organizational Behavior Management and has served as a mentor in professional development programs.
Cheryl holds a Doctorate in Education in Transformational Leadership from Bay Path University and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Lasell University. Her research on teacher retention and organizational support has informed her work in developing innovative solutions and leading organizational improvement projects.
