OPEN YOUR WORLD to generalizing skills across locations. League School for Autism is pleased to have a great relationship with Jersey Mike's Subs Subs through our connection withDoug Flutie Jr. Foundationation. This week, Zack C. joined Jersey Mike's as a student worker through League School's vocational training program. Zack learned how to prep ingredients and put together sandwiches for customers during a busy lunch rush. Zack did a great job and fit right in as one of the Jersey Mike's crew members. Check him out in his official Jersey Mike's shirt and cap.Job training is important in so many ways. When a student works at a franchise establishment through League School, they are more able to generalize their skills to other locations of that business. This gives them a better chance of obtaining employment i#leagueschoolc#leagueschoolforautismo#jerseymikessubso#dougflutiejrfoundations#AutismEmpowermentda#vocationalskillserment #vocationalskills ... The League School celebrates Women's History Month to promote belongingness and solidarity with a focus on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion."When I was born... I could not sit on a jury. I could be fired for being pregnant! I could not collect unemployment if I was fired while pregnant. I could not own property without my husband's permission; it was his under the law anyway. I could not vote in Mississippi."What rights did you acquire or perhaps lose during your lifetime?
