Lilac Cupcake Making with Marie
Students did a very cool project with culinary arts teacher Marie recently.
The students made lilac cupcakes... from real lilacs! First they cleaned the flowers and dried them, then they made a sugary-syrup from them. This was then used in cupcake batter and frosting.
