Director of Human Resources
Jenna Federer joined League School as Director of Human Resources in July of 2019. Previously, she worked as a Human Resources Manager for an energy company. Prior to that, she worked for TechTarget in Newton, where she rose from HR Business Partner to HR Manager during her 12-year tenure.
In her new position, Jenna is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new staff. She ensures compliance with HR regulations, manages the school’s benefits program, and collaborates with the Payroll Department. “I was looking to work in a social service setting, which drew me to the League School,” says Jenna. “It’s a pleasure to be part of an organization where employees are dedicated to making a difference.”
