A resident of Norwood, Cindy McGrath provides employee benefits communications and marketing expertise to area consultants.

Until last year, she served for 18 years as the Communications Director of the state’s Group Insurance Commission, the agency that provides health and other insurance benefits to over 450,000 state and municipal workers, retirees, and their family members. Prior to her work at the GIC, Ms. McGrath held a variety of marketing leadership positions in the banking, service, and retail industries, including for AAA Northeast. She serves on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council, which advances knowledge for employee benefits professionals.
