Frank Gagliardi, Executive Director
Frank A. Gagliardi, Ed.D. is the Executive Director of the League School of Greater Boston. Frank has been in the field of Special Education for over 30 years. He has held a variety of Administrative positions including Administrator of Special Education, Elementary Principal and Title 1 Director. Frank has consulted to a number of Public Schools and was a CSPD trainer for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. He has been on the Board of the Massachusetts Association of Approved Private Schools and is on the Audit Committee and a number of sub-committees. Frank is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration. He has been an adjunct faculty member at Wheelock College and Massasoit Community College. firstname.lastname@example.org
Lawrence E. Sauer, Chief Operating Officer
Lawrence (Larry) E. Sauer, M.A., M.S. is the Chief Operating Officer of the League School of Greater Boston. Larry has been in the field of Special Education and Human Services for more than 30 years and has worked in private special education schools, human services organizations, and an educational collaborative. He has held a variety of administrative positions including Chief Program Officer, Vice President for Student Programs and Services, and Assistant Executive Director. Larry holds Master’s Degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton and Human Services (Administration Concentration) from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He also holds a Massachusetts Administrator of Special Education license. He has served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Association of Approved Private Schools (maaps). He served as President of maaps in 2013/14 and 2014/15.
Patrick Fuller, Principal
Patrick Fuller is the Principal at League School of Greater Boston. He has been working at League School for the past 15 years, fulfilling a variety of roles during his time here. They have included being Coordinator of Public School and Parent Relations, IEP Coordinator,Assistant Principal, and being a Head Teacher in the school’s Pathfinders Program. A philosophy major, he graduated from St. Michael’s College in Vermont in 1997. email@example.com
Bill Mulcahy, Assistant Principal
William Mulcahy is the Assistant Principal at League School of Greater Boston. Bill has been in the field of special education for forty years. Bill has been working at the League School for the past six years as the Program Coordinator of the Transition Program. The Transition Program is for students that are 16-22 years of age. Bill spent 35 years working in special education for Quincy Public Schools as a teacher and administrator. Bill also worked one year as the high school coordinator for a Boston-based private special education school for students with social-emotional and behavioral needs. In addition to his duties at the League School, he supervises assistant teachers working toward their special education license in severe special needs. Bill holds a Master’s Degree in special education from Boston State College.
David Ayotte, Human Resources Manager
David Ayotte joined the League School as Human Resources Manager in 2016. An alumnus of the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics, David also recently completed a graduate certificate program in Human Resources Management at Bryant University. Prior to joining League, David worked as Director of Compensation, Payroll and Benefits at Framingham State University, and served as Director of Human Resources and Payroll Operations at a large MA human services agency. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers, and the New England Human Resources Association, and is an active participant in the Massachusetts Association of Approved Private Schools.
